July 25, 2015 - Surprisingly good - smoky red fruits on the nose - some thyme - a bit wild but good character. Glides over the palate with little tannins and spot-on acidity which leaves a long finish. My past experiences with pinotage were just ok - often nice but a bit boring. This wine breaks out to me - my only fault to highlight is that the wine is a bit "hot" with alcohol.
