October 7, 2018 - Golden. Nose of toasted pineapple, peach, rock melon, lemon meringue, cream and mango. Palate mineral, with lemon, lemon pith, oranges, light toasted nuttiness and minerals. A full mouthfeel, oily, buttery. Medium length.
There's enough acidity here to hold this for another two years.
