October 3, 2021 - Nez, fruit confit, 3xpressif. En bouche tout en rondeur, ampleur moyenne. Finale longue et savoureuse.

August 16, 2021 - Probably better than a 92 rating right now. This wine is in a great drink window. Decanted for about two and a half hours. Classic Pauillac. I have often purchased Red Bordeaux with 89-90 ratings and found that many outperformed their price (and the pro ratings) after 10 to 15 years. This wine is a classic case of that phenomenon. It is now 18 years old. I originally bought the case 2006. I see that the average auction price for this one is up about 33% year over year. So.....the word is out on the development of this wine.

August 9, 2021 - Scrumptious. Lovely, ripe fruit. Pity - last bottle. it needed its 17 years of waiting.

March 14, 2021 - This was a fabulous bottle of wine. Sadly the last of the case. Decanted 2hr before serving with roast beef. All the best things you can say about claret, were on show. Also not high in alcohol at only 13% abv.
