March 2, 2019 - Deep garnet. Nose is well developed - mostly dried violet, meadow flowers, bramble, then some tar. Palate is very elegant and balanced. Delicately woven tannins, iron-rich minerality in the background. Medium acidity, medium + finish. A stunning Barolo. It drinks really well already and can certainly keep for another 5 to 10 years.
