December 27, 2023 - Decanted 2+ hours. Elegance in a glass. Nicely balanced and mature with a long and delicious finish. Drinking beautifully right now.

September 18, 2023 - Slow Od for two hours. A beautifully structured wine, perfect with food. Could be a hair richer, but that's the vintage talking. I find all three of Corliss's offerings super easy to drink: not that they aren't thought provoking, in the manner of all elegant wines, it's just that they are so delicious one doesn't think about much beyond taking the next sip.

August 30, 2023 - Decanted for a half-hour; could probably have used a bit more air. An outstanding blend, but, again, a little thin in the mid-palate and an overall leanness that seems characteristic of 2011 West Coast reds.

August 28, 2023 - Decanted for an hour (cork broke). Excellent, but lean and a bit hollow in the mid-palate, as seems the case with 2011 West Coast reds.

August 26, 2023 - With grilled salmon. Outstanding, seamless, and so easy to drink. No identifiable complexity, but pure, refined pleasure in glass.
