  February 24, 2024 - As others have noted, it took a long time to open up. Decanted for 2 1/2 hours, but it still needed some time in the glass before it really opened up. But after that it was truly delightful. It’s still excellent, but I don’t think I would hold it a lot longer.

  June 6, 2022 - Sometimes things just come together - PnP, this has blackberry and cassis notes with a touch of acid and finely integrated tannins; not a harsh moment to be found, this finishes nicely with a touch of spice. It’s not the most majestic or noteworthy of cabs, but this was the right moment for the right wine. Could age for another few years easily but this is in its prime drinking window and I would encourage popping it now.

  April 18, 2021 - I thought this was a solid Napa cab, with currant and plum notes, fairly smooth and fine tannins.
