May 9, 2021 - Adjusting previous rating after drinking additional bottles. There seems to be vast bottle variation, where my first bottle was a wow bottle, I also drank an underwhelming magnum, and experienced good but not great regular bottlings. Experience ranged from bright raspberry explosions to peppery yet subdued southern Rhone.
The magnum I drank needed a few more years, and the 3-4 regular bottlings varied dramatically between each. All good, but none quite as good as the first bottle I reported. Perhaps the synthetic cork they use leads to variation issues?

November 8, 2020 - A lazy Sunday evening in Singapore. A short decant. Medium purple Color. Pronounced and complex nose. Raspberry, dried cherry, licorice, smoke, pepper, mushroom, truffle, earthiness, are the first things we smell. Med acidity, med+ body, high alcohol, Med+ flavor intensity, Med tannins, Long finish. Warm mouth, silky tannins, nice structure, fruitiness combined with lots of secondary and tertiary notes, this is drinking perfectly well now. Excellent showing and this domain is definitely one of my favorites in CDP.

November 4, 2020 - A better example. Grenache heavy with light red fruit and some floral notes.

September 14, 2020 - This medium-to-deep garnet wine (comprised of 100% Grenache) is filled with red bramble fruits, anise, lavender and fig. Medium-bodied, fresh, softly oaked and with well-integrated alcohol (listed as 14%), it stays beautifully dense in the middle and weaves in its silky tannins seamlessly. Medium-to-long on the back end, this is a hedonistic red that should show well well for several more years. Drink now-2028.

August 14, 2020 - This hit all the right notes for me. Great raspberry core with nice balance. Decanted about four hours. Will plan to consume remaining bottles over the next three or so years. Great stuff, especially for the price.
