May 15, 2016 - Improved a bit over the past six months. It did pair beautifully with beef, and there's plenty of structure left to age for a decade or more. A wonderful example of Walla Walla Cab.

December 27, 2015 - Aromas of ripe red cherry, dusty road, and a hint of cedar. Really well balanced with similar flavors, a decent amount of oak, and firm tannins. Drinks really well on its own, but would be even more delicious with a nice seared steak.
