April 16, 2021 - Perfect Pinot drinking perfectly.

July 24, 2020 - Rich, dark ruby in the glass with aromas of ripe red fruit and baking spice. On the palate, this one is a dark berried beast, with spice and oak and earth. This is well crafted, but not one of my favorites from Lynmar flavor profile perspective. Though the nose developed nicely over the course of the evening, the body itself was almost too weighty and "murky" to be enjoyed as a Pinot. Will monitor and see what a few more years of aging allow this to do...

March 30, 2019 - Rich nose of baking spices and ripe red fruit. Deep, dark color more reminiscent of a cab than many pinots. Berry and spice notes followed by vanilla and oak with some evidence of tannins but none that I can taste of acidity. This is opulent and tasty but don't call it Burgundian. More likely to complement dark meat poultry, pork and light to medium pasta dishes than fish, shellfish or white meat poultry.
