October 13, 2015 - From Cyprus Kyperounda, considered as the high end wine - long expected to come, blend of Cab Sauv. and Syrah grapes; matured 24 months in french oak barrels and following some months in bottles.Tasting: dark red color, needs decanting, dominant red fruits mostly ripe cherries, black berries and vanilla with spices. Overall rich wine, powerful, complex and with long finish, full bodied 14-14,5% vol. Big plus for maturing efforts of the producer - the king of oak and for the taste; worth with its price (17 eur)
