September 1, 2020 - This is an austere, high alcohol example of Chenin Blanc. There is abundant fruit, but oddly underripe. Green apple, apricot, orange citrus, almond, and a distinct note of sherry flor. Bit of honey on the finish. Interesting.

December 24, 2018 - Deep yellow gold in colour. Nose is softly ripe with quince and apple. Mouthfilling ripe apple and melon fruit, juicy, tangy with nice long finish. Slight tinge of honey as well. Complex and tasty.

September 11, 2018 - Golden color. Minimal aroma. Rich pineapple flavors with some burnt sugar. Not too fruity but definitely on the decline.

June 24, 2018 - Bitter initially but after 30 minutes comes alive. Classic dry chenin. Full bodied, creamy, and completely dry.
