December 27, 2021 - Impressive Sancerre with outstanding acidity that has aged well, but would easily enjoy another 2-5 years in the cellar. Excellent pairing with chèvre.
Yellow with a developed golden touch. Complex aroma of gooseberries, ripe apples and minerals, accompanied by hints of smoke and wet stone on the nose. Similar fruit aromas on the palate. High aciditiy perfectly integrated with the intense fruit, contributing to a great length and refreshing mouthfeel. Well integrated oak. -

November 7, 2020 - PnP Intens lukt av hegg i blomst. Fin frukt med solbærblad. Kraftig syre som sitter godt og lange. Litt kokos. Fantastisk til chevre. 1 dag i flaske: Flott vin passe moden.
