  August 31, 2017 - This bottling is definitely flawed. Not sure if it's secondary fermentation or CO2, perhaps both, but it remains spritzy and harsh, even years later. Unfortunately I had a case originally, plus few bottles replaced by Groundwork when originally thought it was isolated bad batch. Just burning it off in cooking, where it seems to do OK.
