March 18, 2018 - An easy drinking typical jammy pinot. Great on the deck with friends

August 4, 2017 - This wine is meant to drink immediately. Not meant to cellar.

June 29, 2017 - As far as budget Pinots go, you could do a lot worse. Slightly reductive, vegetal seeming nose that doesn't bode well, but once you take a sip it clearly is identifiable as Pinot. Fruity and a bit boozy, but with some acid.

October 15, 2016 - The wine looks crimson colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like gooseberry, raspberry and oak. It tastes like cranberry, raspberry, oak and tobacco. The body is light/medium. The wine has linear texture. The wine finishes
    The wine has medium acidity.

March 12, 2016 - Surprised at some of the reviews on this. Drank it over three days. I did not find it to be candied or sweet at all, but rather meaty for a Pinot. Certainly not light bodied either. Of course, it is lighter than a Syrah or Cab, but still quite full figured and seductive. A bit funky on the nose with earth, mushroom, and barnyard aromas, but not overpowering, just enough to peak my curiosity. Meaty flavors of bacon, olives, and some bing cherry thrown in to add some brightness. Was a gift, so not sure about the price point, but I really like it.
