May 30, 2017 - Bone dry, great complexity. Purchased two years ago but got lost in the cellar--in this case, a blessing.
April 5, 2017 - Probably at its best just now. Delicately light, faint rose color. Light red, flowery nose with bright acidity and directness. Flexible food or aperitif wine which seems to need a year or three in the cellar to mellow a bit, though it's not unpleasant young.
September 11, 2015 - PNP. color so light it is just slightly rose yellow. nose with a hint of matchstick with florals and melon/peach. swishing shows dense acid structure but the acids are super creamy and propel the finish for close to a minute. sipping shows a nice package of fruit and structure with a slippery glycerin laden mouthfeel that I really like. don't serve this too cold....you will miss the flavor. After a week in fridge it is even better. Great stuff
August 3, 2015 - Light, airy, crisp and clean. Deceptive sap, that comes in late on the lip-smacking finish. Quite nice.
July 13, 2015 - Similar to my last sample. Crisp, thirst quenching, good acids and medium length.
July 12, 2015 - Perhaps I was a tad generous with my last note on this wine. This time around it was still delicious, crisp, lean and crackling, but not as deep as I thought. Nice thirst quencher on a hot day.
June 26, 2015 - Very pale, almost yellowish. A bit too bitter. But crisp and enjoyable on a hot summer afternoon.
June 4, 2015 - Creamy, peppery, dry, berry driven nose, and sleek palate of young raspberries, musk, dry acidity and low tannins. Disparate impression, might become more coherent with a couple of years aging.
June 1, 2015 - Quite light in color, with lovely notes of fresh flowers, citrus and pomegranates; but where this wines shines is not so much the flavors as the texture on the palate. Crunchy, light, focused and crackling. Surprising cling on the crisp, clean and slightly mineraly finish. Loved it.
May 20, 2015 - Dry and crisp with lovely fruit. Will probably be one of my favorites this summer.
