December 29, 2023 - And gosh is it darn delicious. Right in proper form as it goes. Better open two hours in. The fruit is way more expressive, powerful and open. So open it to let it fully breath out and get the best drinking experience.

December 26, 2021 - Enjoyed as a pre-lunch drink and to have with the smoked trout. Aged 10 years in bottle on lees, it is quite a full bodied champagne that made it an excellent food wine as well as an aperitif.

Quite a rich and mouth-filling wine, it is creamy accompanied with a freshness and zestiness that is not often associated with a rose champagne. Notes of cherries, white flower, spices, and mineral finish.

    Enjoy now or 12+ years.

May 15, 2021 - Fully mature for my palate, with a gentle yet persistent bead, secondary aromas, decent depth of fruit. Missing just a touch of freshness that would otherwise firmly bump this up a notch. For my tastes, it's time to enjoy it; still quite good with food.

May 11, 2021 - Pale salmon color. Medium bubbles. Medium to low acidity.

I don't think my bottle was a good one; quite oxydative, not very complex on the palate and quite a short finish.

Major melon note (which is definitely not my favorite), then some honey, marzipan and caramel. Not much red fruits.
