  November 27, 2015 - 12.5% - Clear, med green lemon / clean, med to pronounced intensity - lime, lime zest, apple, light spice kick / dry, med+ acidity, med to low body, med intensity, med length. As vibrant as last bottle, full of life. Drank on 2 days, worked nicely with freshly shucked oysters on day 2.
