June 6, 2020 - Wonderful experience - this vintage is tasing very well at the moment.
Decanted for about an hour. Beautiful aromas on the nose. The tannins are firm, but not overbearing, so the structure throughout the palate is terrific. I tasted some blackberries, coffee and vanilla.1 person found this helpful Comment -

March 28, 2020 - Opened up fairly ready to go. Somewhay green on opejing, which disappeared.
Very aromatic.
Black fruit, spice, purple, herbal, bramble, dried fruit. Solid, not a powerhouse.
Smooth firm tannins. Med/long finish.

May 15, 2019 - FRUIT BOMB!! Reminds me of a Rombauer. It’s Behrens so you know it’s good. But fruitier than I expected. Had with Filet, truffle mashed potato’s, steamed broccoli. Delicious.

January 23, 2019 - Decanted for 30 minutes and consumed over the next couple of hours. Elegant and stunning with firm gripping tannins. A perfect marriage for this palate.
