Community Tasting Notes 2

October 6, 2019 - The Sauvignon Blanc is still very fruit forward, withpassion fruit, peaches and white flowers. The palate is very pretty, echoing the nose with just a hint of a buttery finish. The acidity balances everything out. At its prime.

July 16, 2016 - Sauvignon blanc is at the forefront on the nose with tropical fruits and just a hint of oak on the finish. The palate is extremely clean with great citrus on the attack, transitioning to an ample finish with hints of butter balanced by a refreshing dose of acidity. Beautiful wine that has a few more years in the tank I think.
