July 8, 2022 - Very nice Cali Cabernet, could easily pass as a high end Napa one.
Good at PNP, lots of dark cherry, cassis, plum, and black raspberry fruit flavors that shows earth and spice mid-palate before more red fruit flavors glide on the tongue exquisitely. Some tannin remains, but the profile feels integrated balanced with just the right amount of acidity keeping it fresh.
In a good window now, this bottle was just recently purchased from a private collection, and could easily cruise for another 5 years. -
