  September 5, 2015 - Fisher Garden Day (Fisher Vineyards, Sonoma): Second time I taste this one. Along side with the '12 Mountain Estate Chard, this wine is very good and very different. Has more new oak used and aged longer in it. Yellow gold colored (unlike the gold green color of the estate). Medium legs, medium plus finish. Enjoyed the dry side citrus/lemon notes, along with the toast/oak notes. For me, it was special, and I noticed that the largest number of bottles opened in the event was of this one (more than the cabs even). So, that's a sign of the crowd voting. Great pairing with the pasta, chicken and fresh from the oven pizza. Of course, the great weather helped. IMHO, has very good aging potential for a chard (north of 10 years)
