November 7, 2023 - Light body, pale lemon colour. Intense garden fruits and bisquet notes aroma following by pears and apricots, refreshing palate, lovely acidity and mineral, dry finish. Fast bubbles, fresh and easy drinking. Food friendly, well pairing to smoked salmon. Serve 10ºC - 12ºC. Drink now.

December 31, 2022 - A tad bit better than the basic "value" Prosecco's, but I'm not sure it's worth the extra cost. I noticed finer bubbles, but I'm not sure I noticed any difference in flavor profile. Any differences would be lost if used in making drinks rather than drinking straight. The nice bottle would make for a great gift.

December 6, 2022 - Retail $22. 100% Glera. Perhaps better known for its ubiquitous Pinot Grigio, Santa Margherita (named after the founder's wife) has actually been producing Prosecco longer, dating back to the 1950s. Pale straw in the glass with lemon curd and wet rock on the nose. The palate is rich, even on the verge of "very rich" with a depth of flavor that I frankly rarely find in Prosecco. I really did not want to like this wine for no other reason than I think their Pinot Grigio is over-rated (and over-priced), but this wine is really fantastic.

October 24, 2020 - Pale lemon. the nose has light aromas of lemon, apple, bread dough. Dry with high acidity medium alcohol, and medium minus body. The flavor intensity is medium with lemon, apple, pear, bread dough, baked apple/caramel. The finish is medium The wine is good and refreshing.
