April 14, 2020 - My last bottle and this was very nice. Good black fruits, full-bodied, well balanced, smooth and great with red meats.
December 30, 2019 - Fun to drink and crowd pleasing, without being over the top. Dark fruits as the name suggests. Really well made and a great value.
September 21, 2019 - Similar to last note, a bit more austere. Day 2 dark chocolate notes prevail. Good but not as consistent as previous bottle.

December 15, 2017 - Full body with nice balance of black fruits, freshness, spice and finishing tannin. It is at a good stage right now. You can taste blackberry and black cherry followed by a smooth mid palate and mild tannin on the finish. Great QPR 90+.
October 25, 2017 - Another Fine 88 Pointer. For the price, a nice wine. It was nice with a Deemer’s Burger & Fries!
