January 21, 2023 - Clear, sparse bubbles. Nose is white flowers, citrus. Light body and flavor, with notes of lemon rind, orange blossom, and hay. Rather dry, which can be a good thing for the sea of prosecco out there. Good. Wishing for more fruit and complexity. But for the price, I cannot complain. Great aperitif.

June 27, 2021 - Pale straw and moderate bubbles. Nose is aromatic but I can’t place it. Yellow fruit and white pepper maybe. Taste has notes of honey and green apple. Really enjoyable
