Community Tasting Notes 1

March 30, 2015 - Importer tasting: This wine is made of 55% Cabernet Franc and 45% Merlot. The 2005 is in its maturity stage now with still good black forest fruits, a pleasant dose of oak, good acidity and soft tannin. Can be cellared for another 3+ years. The 2011 is still youthful with creamy, primary dark berries, good acidity and a firm dose of sticky tannin and a good concentration. The barrel sample of the 2014 shows good and youthful fruits and has a firm constitution. Never had this biological wine before, but it was a pleasant surprise for the price (around $20). 2005: 87, 2011: 86+ and 2014: 87+?
