November 28, 2020 - Reticent on the nose w/ earthy notes and a barely perceptible hint of VA that adds interest. Perfectly balanced on the palate with acid structure, prickly Sangiovese tannins and a core of sweet, black raspberry fruit. Not great but v good and a lovely wine with food. D3 the VA is a bit more noticeable but so is the overall harmony. Delicious.
