  July 22, 2023 - Incredible return for the value. Crisp, non-oaky, Sancerre like type of Sauvignon. Love it.

  October 25, 2021 - Similar to last tasting note 3 years ago. Still drinking very well. The fruit is more rounded now but still quite fresh. Acid level is good.

  June 1, 2020 - A bit more rounded out compared to the last bottle. More muted on the nose — but much of the same stuff — some lanolin, quince, peach pit, a little jalapeño, some leafy currant bush too. The roundness gives an impression that’s closer to White Bordeaux. Persistent. Good juice. Worth following for another year or two. Wish I had a bottle of this with a DIAM closure to save for a few extra years as a comparison to the screwcap.

  November 6, 2018 - Someone referenced reduction -- not in my bottle. This bottle was on to lanolin, bees wax, jalepeño, and some lime. In a very nice place right now. There's some stuffing and grip here that makes me think this should last a few more years. It will be an interesting test of the screw cap closure.
