September 14, 2019 - Stupendous again. Nice pop on opening. Clear bottle shows the light pink rose hue. Fine bubble streams. Light yeast nose. Outstanding, full fruit. Medium acid. Light alcohol. Very long finish for a sparkler. Minimum 93 rating.

November 23, 2017 - A bit of yeast and some nice acidity make this a great sparkler. Makes for a superb breakfast addition to bacon and eggs.

September 7, 2015 - Nice copper color and very pear, strawberry, nose with honey, almond, ginger, and sweet Asian spice. The tastes are strawberry, sassafras, salinity, sour cherry, and nutty flavor. The acidity is very nice and this is complex, delicious, and fruity.

August 19, 2015 - P/well chilled. Long, tiny bubble stream. Very light straw color. Clean, med body, some oak and slight butter at front end changing quickly to bright fruit. Citrus, almost a Rose flavor. Brut, very well made.
