November 9, 2022 - A bit better than a previous bottle and decent with food. Last one and was never an exciting wine for us.

May 29, 2021 - This has aged so well. Deep rich color and balanced fruit notes with a smooth finish

October 31, 2020 - Meh, this was just Ok. Had some nice flavors but also a bit rough and disjointed on the finish. We had some trouble placing what we didn't like, but it just wasn't all in harmony. One bottle left.

October 10, 2020 - Took at least an hour decant to open.

Nose is still tight after an hour but whiffs of dark red fruits and herbs. Flavors of dark cherry, black licorice, and dark chocolate. I don’t get the earth others mention so tonight this is not a bordeaux. Medium bodied with a smooth texture balanced nicely with acidity. Not overly complicated, but delicious and a quality drink.

Think this should last for several years. Drinking great now.

April 29, 2020 - Medium ruby red with garnet edges. A bit of raisin in the nose that opened up nicely with candied cherries, baking spices and a bit of bark. Medium tannins (6/10) with acidity and medium to medium plus body. Similar red cherries on the palate, spiced berries, cloves and minerality. Medium to medium plus length finish. Drink till 2022.
