January 21, 2024 - Walkaround tasting so just short notes: Dark berries, some oak and herbs in the bouquet. On the palate juicy dark berries and some earthy impressions. The wine just entered its young maturity stage and is a pleasant to drink now.
March 11, 2023 - Jolie acidité mais un peu maigre longueur moyenne. Bon rapport Q/P néanmoins. À boire mais sans urgence
November 20, 2022 - A savoury and profound nose, smoked and spiced meat, ripe blackberries, leather with hints of tobacco and graphite. This needs an hour in the decanter for the wine to open. The same aromatics flowed to the rich and fresh palate. Almost full-bodied in its structure. The ripe fruits, sweet cinnamon and clove with earthy minerals permeate from entry to finish which has some an additional dimension of pencil shavings. Keep this for another 3 years for the elements to settle down and harmonise better.
October 2, 2022 - I had a taste at Qatar Airways’ lounge in Doha. Dark, dense - good acidity but not much fruit and some gamey flavor to it. Nose seemed close. Maybe an off bottle but I did not partake any further.
August 29, 2022 - Dark fruits, cigar box, dusty tannins, slightly closed, might be a good idea to wait for the 10y mark. Classic showing and possibly a bit underripe, but I like it the way it is.(Etihad Business Class Lounge - Doha)
June 24, 2022 - 79% Cabernet Sauvignon 21% Merlot. Deep ruby color, intense aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, oak. On the palate, medium to full bodied, velvety, fine grained tannins, long lingering finish. Classic Pauillac!

Ett vin som ska drickas med mat (kött). Trevligt men kan med fördel lagras längre tid.
October 16, 2021 - Medium garnet colour. Medium and developing nose with blackberry, blackcurrant, red cherry, red plum, vanilla, smoke, savory, cedar, chocolate, leather. Medium (+) taste of cooked blackberry, blackcurrant, smoke, cloves, coffee beans, vanilla, sweet spices, cedar and leather. Long and dry finish. High acidity. High tannins. Medium body. A very good Pauillac that has matured well, but has further potential. Part of my WSET3 exam prep. Drink now or over the next at least ten years.Goes well with beef or lamb.
May 28, 2021 - This inky, purply elixir struck me with aromas of sun-warmed plum and blackberry, coffee, damp forest floor, pencil shavings, crushed herbs and anise. It’s a juicy wine with a pleasant grip. The finish is long and ends on a note of cherry Jolly Rancher.
