January 26, 2024 - Opened 2h beforehand. Time to drink up for my tasting.

July 3, 2023 - Wonderfully drinkable after a short 30 min decant. Nose was a bit restrained. Palate is earthy with hints of roses or even rose geranium. Tannins nicely integrated. Long, pleasing finish.

May 29, 2023 - Have to say I agree whole-heartedly with Decanthor. PNP, and it was very nice out of the gate, with the first impression made by the nose quite pretty and appealing. For me, this is what a fine Bordeaux is all about, with extremely lovely violet/purple fruit that is rich, elegant, full of flavor, and sexy. Just unfolds beautifully in layers on the palate. I think this is just terrific! Hard to believe it has achieved this level of gorgeousness with less than ten years in the bottle! 5-14-18-9: 96/100. One of the best Bordeaux I have had in a while--without a decant of any kind. Fantastic.

May 14, 2023 - Ready to go on PnP. Wow-level nose. This is so elegant and beautiful. Medium body. Delicious. Time to buy more from this chateau.

March 20, 2023 - 53%cab, 47% merlot. The winery is organic and some vineyards are biodynamic. A good down the middle Bordeaux blend. Not extraordinary but very good and an excellent QPR. Aging well, it’s balanced, rich and offers a good combination of black fruits, leather, cedar and a little earthiness. Ample tannins and acidity for our roast chicken. The tannins are silly and the acidity a little muted. There’s plenty of life remaining.
