July 30, 2020 - Deep ruby color turning violet crimson at the rim with a reflective edge. The nose gives off mushrooms, smoke, earth, roses on ripe berries. The palate is dry, medium to full bodied with ample acidity to carry the ripe blackberry and raspberry flavors with hints of tobacco, tar, and dark chocolate. Finishes long with lifted menthol flavors on dusty tannins. Drink now with a 2-hr decant or 2024 to 2039.

July 1, 2020 - Dark purple color. Dark cherry nose that carries into the pallet along with blackberries and a touch of tobacco. Still very primary. This is a juicy wine with a very mild acidity and mid-level tannins. Drinking nicely now and has another 10 years ahead of it. Decant for sediment.

March 26, 2020 - Really liked this wine, lots of flavour. probably needs a couple more years in the cellar. Great wine.

March 4, 2020 - PNP, decanted for an hour. Blackberry and plum. Chocolate. Some earthy and leather notes at the end of a somewhat flat finish. Medium body, tannins and acid all in balance. Straightforward but enjoyable, easy drinking Bordeaux. Nice QPR for $30.

January 26, 2020 - Fine wine. Very drinkable. Good balance. Missing out on flavor. Nothing complex here.
