October 31, 2017 - Very similar in style to the Beychevelle of the same year enjoyed as well. Perhaps a touch more intensity and body, but really along the same lines in terms of elegant structure and harmony. Again, this wine didn't feel tired and had turned into a very balanced and harmonious wine that was a pleasure to drink. I could see this going for at least 5-10 more years. Great to see a set of wines go the distance without blockbuster vintage association and the alcohol and body that goes along with it.

October 23, 2004 - Remarkably youthful appearance. Good, old claret nose with some sweet VA. Lovely fresh, clean attack. Nice fruit. Soft tannic structure. Lovely.
