June 10, 2016 - Initially got a strong whiff of grape hard candy, and a little bit of barnyard. Followed by fruit candy and cranberry on the palate with some savory funkiness on the finish. Unfiltered with just the tiniest bit of effervescence. Lower in alcohol and very gulpable. Overall very enjoyable.

September 29, 2015 - Fresh, bright, sour cherries, stems, a little earth. Medium (+) acidity and a lip-smacking finish.
