January 15, 2022 - Nice purple color. Aromatic nose of graphite and cassis. Nice blend of fruit and spicy cedar on the palate. Still has plenty of tannin and acidity…I’d say another decade of life is quite possible. Awesome value.

September 22, 2019 - Notes of chalk, leather dry split wood, cassis, blackberry, blueberry and with vanilla come thru on this initially very tannic wine but after 6 hours decant starts loosening up a bit to reveal what I mentioned above. Still nice drier tart notes prevail on the palate with sweetness beginning as tartness found only in the nose and finish.
