November 25, 2023 - 6th of 12, decanted 30 minutes, perfect cork and level, browning and aging bringing with it an attractive velvety quality, mourvedre nose with grenache peppery bite on palate, excellent for what it is, downside now and best drunk over next couple of years before flab sets in. F just, (17.5).

January 24, 2023 - passive cellared since purchase.
Decanted for sediment (not much) and drank over 2 hours

Really nice and very approachable for our guests that tend to like new world wines. Lots of cocoa going on. Fruit was nice; still present, not jammy or cooked.

Nice balance. Good vintage (not hot or overblown) for my palate.

December 8, 2022 - 5th of 12, decanted 30 minutes, perfect cork and level, surprisingly attractive, round and nuanced with proper grenache bite, a point, no rush. VGI (17).

(VIEILLE JULIENNE CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE) COLOR-great; NOSE-great, complex, Vanilla bean, forest, strawberry, cherry; TASTE-spectacular, rich, coats palate, dry, obscene amounts of blackberry & black currant. Herbal Black Tea aspect. SPECTACULAR effort
