June 16, 2023 - Plenty of life in this bottle. Purchased from Full Pull and stored at 58F since receiving. The cork still looked like it was brand new except for the end which was inky purple. Plenty of dark berry, blueberry, black pepper, and cedar notes. The edges have been sanded down to perfection with time in the bottle. Wonderful finish and a perfect example of the finest in H3 Cabernet.

April 16, 2022 - I dont know if the bottles i bought were stored properly or not but this is really flabby, ive had recent vintages that were fantastic and complex, but this has no gas left in the tank and zero complexity. Bought 4 bottles off of WineBid, and this is the second bottle I drank with the same result. Maybe PT wines peak early?

April 6, 2020 - This full-bodied Cabernet is big and very dark in appearance and its fruit flavors. Losing most of its structure at this point, it has a nice flavor profile, but has lost most of its tannins and acidity, so drink up. Was probably better a year ago

April 4, 2018 - First bottle opened from their first (released) vintage. Super impressive effort. Opened and drank over 4+ hours. First taste after 2 hours: abundant dark fruit but plush tannins yield pleasurable tasting at a fairly young age (also likely characteristic of Horse Heaven fruit); cranberry, cinnamon, cocoa, finishing with shoe leather and earthy notes. Two hours later, this was one of those wines where the last sip was the best, I tipped the bottle to savor the last drops!

Plenty of acid and tannin remain to give this wine another 10+ years of life ahead of it, and definitely will improve further, but this was among the top 3 Cabernet I've tasted in 2018.

December 3, 2016 - Delicious, well made, new world style Cab. The small percentage of Cab Franc works well. this is a crowd pleaser.
