Community Tasting Notes 3

January 5, 2018 - Nose is fragrant lemon rinds and limestone. The palate is surprisingly round, starting on notes of honey, then pear and ending on lemon rinds with balanced acidity and just a touch of sweetness. Good now, don't wait any longer.

August 19, 2016 - Light to medium yellow. Vibrant (for a savatiano) nose with notes of stone fruit and citrus, while some developing nuances start to emerge that provide complexity. Some waxy hints are there too. The mid -palate has medium weight with balancing acidity with fresh fruit and definitely you don't get the developing notes you find in the nose. Very enjoyable with a good balance and satisfying length albeit perhaps on the simple side. Yet I think the wine will be much better after a couple of years and I think there is the fruit and the acidity to keep it going. Notes from a magnum.

August 13, 2015 - Light golden color, readily expressive nose of banana and pineapple and stone fruit and other tropical fruit. Medium bodied on the palate, with enough acidity to back the rich fruit. Excellent wine in and of itself, considering the retail price of 7-8 euros in Greece and outside it, deffo a steal!
And if Savatiano as a varietal is heading this way, then I'm on the bandwagon.89-90
