February 22, 2019 - Dark purple, earthy notes on the nose along with classic Cabernet aromas. Oak is still noticeable and some graphite. Med+ acidity and tannins. Drinking nice now just entering a good drinking window with plenty of time to go on this one. Would be nice to check in on this one in 3-5 years but last bottle of this vintage. Served at cellar temp which was just right and tempered some of the heat still left in this one.

February 4, 2019 - Better than some other bottles and vintages with good stuffing, nice acidity to back the fruit, graphite, pencil lead, tobacco flavors. Drink now - 2021

January 20, 2019 - Flavor profile is similar to my previous note. The tannins are still big but have mellowed significantly over the last year. Decanted 2 hours. On the second day it really sang! Blueberry, dark cherry and plum supported by coffee and earth tones. Bright fruits with a smooth, tannic finish. Excellent.

November 29, 2018 - Purple color with garnet edges. Medium body. Red berries with subtle cedar notes to the nose. Strawberries, spices, vibrant to the palate. Medium finish. You could wait more but I don't see the cellar potential here, pointless to hold it. Enjoy it now.

October 13, 2018 - Good - but nothing special. Interesting mid-palate of warm ripeness that dissipated early in the finish. Everyday wine.
