November 4, 2023 - 25th Annual Lyon 10 Year Retrospective (Lyon Down Inn): Back to a beautiful open nose! Creme de cassis and black berries and cherries. Loam, oak and tannins are formidable goalkeepers, might want to wait a year to take this slapshot. 94 on day 2, structure and berries still fighting it out!

September 22, 2023 - Decanted/served with reverse seared smoked prime Rib Eye Steaks. Beautifully aged. Dark fruit and a little spice on the nose. Great texture on the palate, blackberry, mulberry. Long deep finish.

August 15, 2023 - Dark red fruit, figs, black cherries, quince paste, earl gray tea, hints of smoke and camphor. Pretty nice stuff. Not sure about further aging - seems to be at a good place now.
