Community Tasting Notes 2

July 25, 2016 - High in acid and low in alcohol, this wine offer up green apples, pineapple and lemons on the palate. With more air it seems to gain even more in the way of tropical fruits. However I there's a slight bitterness in the end and I am beginning to wonder why so many of these white natural, unfined wines seem to taste alike? It is sort of hard to discern the variety here, I think. In the end it is Certainly not a bad wine, quite delicious in fact, but not as personal on the inside as on the outside.

February 14, 2016 - delikat. modne epler, urter, balansert. Lett sødmefull frukt, middels syre. God ettersmak
