January 14, 2018 - At last a correct bottle and a lovely one at that. Quite deep cherry red with some bricking. The nose is alluring with dark cherries, clove, wild strawberry, Cote de Nuits soil and forest. The palate is medium weight with very juicy cherry fruit and a fine earthy finish that just lacks the drive for great but that still finishes a delicious wine with some style.

January 4, 2018 - Another bottle from the same case corked ! A Chevillon nightmare !

January 16, 2011 - Beautiful nose showing lots of depth, some cinnamon, clove and red berry. Fairly dark colored and extracted for a 2000 vintage, with a deep flavorful palate and good acidity. Dinged for a shortish finish, but overall this is a strong wine still on its upward trajectory. I could drink this all day long.

November 2, 2010 - last bottle!! Lovely co;our not showing its age at meniscus. Huge ripe nose offering up pluns, black macerated cherry, manure.
Rich ripe fruit, a liitle rustic and possibly lacks acidity with a toucch of over ripeness. Minor critic for a soft velvety wine.

May 19, 2010 - Refuge Anh Thu Alex et al -- Sexy succulent pinot showing nice development but not overly funky either. Feminine wine, black cherry and earth. Chocolatey clovey goodness, a touch of sandalwood.
