  June 17, 2023 - The wine led with blackberries and cherries on the nose. Flavors were all fruit: blackberries, plums, and cherries. The integration is flawless; there isn't a rough edge anywhere. The tannins are as silky as I've ever encountered. I never got any tea, cola, or olive oil notes, as this wine is all about the purity of the fruit.
  
  Decanted initial glasses for 30 minutes and consumed the bottle over the following 90 minutes.

  June 6, 2023 - Decanted over a glass of Chablis. At age 11 this retains its intensity and purity, saturating the palate with black fruit that is now more baked than fresh. Tannins are relaxed and the touch of olive oil on the finish is still there. Wonderful showing.

  May 20, 2023 - Classic HA. Enjoyed with Pinsa, following a Mouton so it showed with extra fruit and power. These wines are such fun to smell and savor. Would probably last decades but we can't resist them after ten years.

  March 11, 2023 - This was great. Incredible juice. Ready and in its prime. Don't wait. Pop this now. Fun to serve to our friends at my wife's birthday party in the wine room at Edison House.
