Community Tasting Notes 10

November 27, 2021 - Immediately accessible, complex and layered st. Emilion-esque style merlot. Well aged, showing some bricking and has the tertiary notes of fig and tobacco. Very satisfying. Wish I had more.

    November 19, 2021 - Deep Ruby
Pronounced aromas intensity of black cherries, black plums, dark bitter chocolate, oak-vanilla, tobacco,
    Developed
Dry, high acidity, med+ tannins, high abv, full body, Pronounced flavors intensity consistent with the nose. Complexed, long finish.
    Drink now. At Peak.
can age further - but won't improve any more.

February 18, 2021 - Nice and smooth. A little thinner and hotter than the 2014 vintage we had last month. I suspect we’re over the hill with this one. Inproved an hour after opening. Still lots of goodness in the sweet baked pie nose. Palate is silky.

    January 9, 2016 - dark opaque red-purple
dark ripe fruits aroma with oak-vanilla & chocolate notes
full bodied, soft firm integrated tannins, rich fruity-chocolate flavours, nice balance, excellent harmony, bitter chocolate aftertaste, medium length finish.
very good ageing potential: additional 10-13 years from now
