June 28, 2023 - This was really good. Glad to have held it this long. Really nice dark fruit, wild blueberry jam, well integrated and smooooth. Paired well with short rib.

October 8, 2022 - Deep ruby. A slightly stoic, certainly savory and decidedly masculine nose offers aromas of black fruit, grilled rosemary, hot loamy earth, charred wood and spice. Nearly full bodied on the palate with medium+ acidity, tight but not aggressive tannins and simple but appealing flavors of fresh black fruits, char and earth. This isn't particularly distinctive but the acidity keeps you coming back.
