December 23, 2018 - No formal note. Cork in perfect condition, no seepage.
This has turned a corner based on this last tasting.
Aromas are really singing and palate is long and flavoursome.
Best early after opening, i tasted it after 24h open and it was becoming muted and limp.

April 23, 2018 - Could easily last for a good few more years, but is delicious to drink right now. Clean, fresh and complex, dried citrus peel and a mildly tannic texture, white wine for red wine drinkers. This is the upper end of orange wine.

March 10, 2017 - The essence of an orange wine. Beautifully textured with a slight viscous mouth fell and lengthy finish.
