  October 2, 2020 - Call me crazy, but this wow’d me!!! I’m also not a huge Champagne drinker.
  
  Got this bottle 2+yrs ago for free from our grocery store. Thought it was going to be a drain pourer, but was I wrong!!
  
  Light gold color. Nose of brioche, nuts, and caramel. Reminds me of a very young vintage Bollinger Le Grand Annee (which is my go to). Balanced, easy to drink, with lovely flavor. Paired awesome with Chicken Katsu Curry. Could be a fluke, a great food pairing, or a hidden treasure! Either way, this was awesome!! £23 on the website right now!

  June 25, 2020 - this was unexpectedly good - quite complex but lacking a 'bit of zip' to round the it out - it has matured nicely in the bottle

  July 24, 2017 - クルゲットを次は揚げようというので、泡を何か、とこのシャンパンを冷やした。クルゲットはなかにゴートチーズ入れて、ハーブガーリック風味にしたのでアクセントになった。　ハニーもかけた。　シャンパンは、まず泡をふたりで見ながらロマンチックモーメント、練習。　一口目、甘さあり。　クルゲットは、一口目まだゴートチーズに届かずですこし苦味あって、チーズでアクセント、三口目は実が一緒、それぞれにシャンパンが反応。おいしいというか、楽しい。　次はブラータと桃。　はじめは桃の甘さとシャンボールの甘さがかぶるなと思ったが、あとからはハーモナイズの良さ。　ブラータは、トマトとレタスにもあわせた。　レタス一緒の緑の味がまじるとシャンパンと余計あうと感じた。　白ナスは、ナスのくせが減って食べやすく、甘くないお菓子のよう。　
  食後、バター風味のランス風お菓子と。　一杯目はシャンボールを入れた。　　お菓子は密度あって良い。　ラズベリーと一緒に、またはお菓子だけて、シャンボールとシャンパンにあわす。　ラズベリーだけも良い。　二杯目は、すこしだが、シャンボール入れず。　さすがシャンパン、こういう後でも遜色なし。

  May 24, 2015 - This Blanc de Noir is a bit more full on than you're average Champagne. Fresh red fruit on the nose. Lovely citrus and breadcrumb character end with medium bodied, toasty, slightly biscuity character. Very enjoyable.
