July 18, 2019 - Wellfleet. Reliably excellent. Still young.

July 6, 2019 - A slightly disjointed phase — good texture and salty minerals on entry, with a fruit driven mid-palate. Turns sweet/metallic/and cinnamon on the finish. Need that finish to integrate to get back to full stride. Good tonight, but not more than that.

Light and lovely. Strong lemon note. Long, interesting. Went beautifully with sautéed Maine crabmeat.

June 9, 2019 - This was lovely. Citrus, lime blossom, minerality, and brine. Excellent focus across the palate with a little bit of textural roundness to balance the acidity.

April 8, 2019 - This has gotten so much more expressive in just two years, and it has so much more time ahead of it. Gorgeous aromas of lemon curd, orange, talc, chalk, crushed shells, some salted almond notes and honeysuckle. Pure and zesty on the palate with a saline-infused, oceanic-worshipping jolt of goodness. Lemon curd, lime, green apples, it's zesty but creamy and laced with complex notes of crushed shells, shells, smashed rocks, almond skin, mountain stream, honeycomb. It opens up a lot over the course of 24 hours, and the last sip was the best. I actually decanted half the bottle on day 1, and left the rest for day 2, and I enjoyed it all thoroughly.
