December 10, 2023 - Still fairly light yellow. Light to medium body. Sweet, bright lemon, herbal complexity, and fairly mineral. Difficult not to think of Chablis when you drink this. Excellent and great value.

Just gorgeous. Nice lemon acidity, excellent length and balance. Played nicely against salmon baked in a miso/mustard sauce. Can't go wrong with this!

September 24, 2023 - I finally found the proper venue to open this magnum! I love this vintage of Briords. Perfect with the crab boil, as one would expect. Nice mineral and saline, but a bit more fruit than most muscadet. Lemon peel and even some white orchard fruit.

June 17, 2022 - Expressive floral nose with hint of petrol? Oxidative sherry notes, pineapple, honey. Seems much older than 8 years, not in a good way.

June 14, 2022 - Developed. Subtle ox. Delicate honey nuances. Brine. Citrus. Smooth and filling..,balanced, envelopeing acid. Lightly browning apple and lime in finish. Good length. No complaints. Solid. Interesting. Enjoyable. I prefer a little less development with a little more pop and mineral in this varietal.. though awesome for 7+ years! Paired well with Garlic Buttered Prawns.

May 15, 2022 - Pale yellow. Light weight. Bursting with zesty lemon, herbs, and limestone. Very Chablis-like. The quality and ageworthiness for the price are just beyond belief. Drink or give it another 10 years.

May 3, 2022 - Enjoying my lone bottle of this tonight with broiled char, sauteed dino kale with garlic and lemon, and whole wheat couscous…. This is killer. Classic with salinity, sea breezes, stones mixed with lime juice, with a top note of honey. Bright and fresh as always, but with an extra gear and richness. Long. Wow+.
