    September 13, 2019 - 4th of 6 bottles, last tasted about 1 yr ago.
Last time I had this wine, I gave it 92 and was really enamored with it.
This bottle shows a bit of bruised apple, crushed nuts, lemon zest and white pepper.
On the palate, this wine has moderate acidity and some citrusy zing leading into the round and lush finish.
Very good, but not great. A nice value at $27 USD. Drink now through 2022+.

November 18, 2018 - Wine Tasting Group - Burgundy - Nov. 18, 2018 (Classic Wine Storage, Dallas, TX): Tart apple aromas with a good dose of minerals and a hint of butter. Beautiful tart and ripe apples on the palate with meyer lemons, herbs and minerals. Finishes with fruit, minerals, and some butter. Broad texture but with concentrated flavors. Drinking well now but still young. Check in on my last bottle in another 5 years.

October 23, 2018 - Enjoyed with a bit of sushi, after the Champagne was drained.
Delicious. Slate and lemon curd on the nose, followed by Granny Smith apple and white pepper.
The palate delivers a full bodied wine with 13% abv, showing intense lemon curd, vanilla extract, lychee and green apple.
The finish is long and expansive, repeating the lemon notes and brisk acidity.
    Drink now through 2020+.

March 5, 2018 - Purchased 6 bottles from Fass 12/2015 (this was his "white wine of the year"). 1st bottle June 2017 (it was underwhelming). This is 2nd bottle. Really adored this wine, even though I drank it alongside a 2008 Pinson Grand Cru Chablis.
This Meursault offers up a shy nose of freshly ground nuts, some white pepper spice, elegant and light lemon and apple fruits, a slight drizzle of honey, and a saline-like quality in the upper register.
Those aromas were all echoed nicely on the palate, holding back in a very reserved way as the wine was too cold at first, but opening beautifully over an hour to deliver a restrained power that was something special indeed. Playful and light apple and lemon notes kept swapping center stage, while the deft use of oak was there to merely support this beautiful interplay, leading into the longish finish, where the lively acidity comes out to play, and the chalk and salinity became quite prominent. A very nice wine for sure, significant improvement over my previous bottle from last year.
Drink now through 2021+. My experience with White Burgundy is limited and always leans toward Chablis, but this wine is delicious and is winning me over for sure.

October 18, 2017 - This bottle is showing a tough of premature oxidation. Will revisit tonight to make sure I'm correct, but definitely a hint of sherry in it last night.
